    The City of Lampasas is not responsible for injury or damages caused or sustained by the Permittee, its agents, or its contractors. From the initiation of the work until the restoration of the site has passed final inspection, the Permittee shall remain responsible for securing the site at all times.

   The Applicant is responsible for notifying Building and Development Services at (512) 556-6831 to schedule all required inspections. The Applicant must follow all requirements, and it is understood that a representative of the City may at any time suspend activity if it is in the best interest of the City.
