Pool Rules
Accompanied Minors: Children aged 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Youth Authorization: Individuals between the ages of 14-17 must present a signed parent authorization form to enter the facility.
Permitted Items: Only water and fresh fruit are permitted within the facility.
Attire Regulations: Bathing attire must be appropriate; cheeky or thong bathing suits are not permitted.
Prohibited Clothing: Cut-offs and denim garments are not allowed in the pool area.
Health Safety: Individuals with open sores are prohibited from entering the pool.
Health Precautions: Patrons who have experienced diarrhea within the last 14 days should refrain from entering the pool.
Swim Diapers: Children under the age of 3 are required to wear swim diapers.
Hygiene Protocol: Patrons must shower before entering the pool.
Flotation Devices: Only Coast Guard-approved flotation devices are permitted; inflatable items and noodles are not allowed.
Prohibited Items: Glass containers, alcoholic beverages, and nicotine products are prohibited in the pool area.
Personal Item Inspection: All personal items will be subject to inspection at the entrance.
Gum Prohibition: Chewing gum is not permitted within the facility.
Toys and Games: Hard balls and toys are not allowed in the pool area.
Behavioral Expectations: Horseplay, dunking, spitting, or spouting water is strictly prohibited.
Safety Activities: Activities involving holding breath for extended periods are not allowed.
Public Conduct: Public displays of affection are not permitted.
Respectful Communication: Patrons are expected to communicate respectfully; profanity and disrespectful behavior towards staff will not be tolerated.
Running Prohibition: Running in the pool area is not allowed.
Diving Restrictions: Diving is prohibited in shallow water.
Valuables: Patrons are advised not to leave valuables unattended; the facility is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued.
Weather Policy: In the event of facility closures due to weather conditions, all patrons must exit the premises. Rain checks will be issued after one hour of closure.
Safety Supervision: Any child utilizing a lifejacket or unable to swim must have an adult within arm's reach at all times.
Pool Breaks: No patrons are permitted in the pools during designated pool breaks for safety reasons.
Compliance: The city reserves the right to ask any individual to leave the facility for non-compliance with these rules or established safety practices.
