1. Who should I contact regarding rental of City Parks Facilities?

Please contact Becky Sims at the City Administration Building, (512) 556-6831, regarding rental of any City Park Facility for availability and costs associated.

2. What are the fees associated with rental of City Parks Facilities?

Ruth Eakin Theatre and Hancock Park Pavilion is $50.00 and the Hancock Park Pavilion and Ruth Eakin Theatre deposit is $75.00.

3. Why is a deposit required to rent the facilities?

The deposit fee is refundable provided the facility is clean and the agreement for use of the facility has not been breached.

4. Can facilities be rented for longer than one day at a time?

Rates for rentals that extend beyond one (1) day will be determined by the City Council on a case-by-case basis.

5. Can I camp in the Park?

No camping is allowed in the Park by City Ordinance unless a special permit is obtained. Please contact Becky Sims, (512) 556-6831, regarding obtaining a special permit.
