Zoning Board of Adjustment

The Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) meets the third Tuesday of every month, if needed at the Calvert Municipal Building in the City Council Chambers located at 302 E. Third Street at 7:00 p.m. The ZBA makes decisions on appeals from determinations made by the Building Official, and regarding special exceptions and specific variances.
