   Lampasas really needs a Civic Center or even fairgrounds that have an indoor facility. Residents could rent it throughout the year. This would also help generate revenue for the city. It would be really nice during Spring Ho, because the current area is way too small for the carnival. Also, we could have the BBQ cook-off, vendors, diaper derby, etc, all in one location.
